    The goal is to store as little as possible. For MVP, we can store metadata and delivery logs — and make full-body storage optional.

  • Do I need to change my backend?

    No. You expose a webhook endpoint and Relayed POSTs JSON to it. That’s it.

    Possibly — but reliability comes first. MVP focuses on deterministic extraction, templates, and clean payloads.
